We understand that life happens and sometimes you might need to cancel or reschedule. Our cancellation protection provides you options to do so. If you choose not to purchase our cancellation protection, then no refunds or changes will be available at any time for any reason.
Gift Cards can be transferred or gifted to anyone. They are non-refundable. Once applied towards a tour or ride, standard cancellation policy is in effect.
Private groups will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $80 if you notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled date. A 50% refund less administration fee will be given if cancellation is between 8-13 days prior to your scheduled date and no refunds will be given if you cancel within seven days. If you need to change the date after you have already reserved, a $80 administration fee will be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse service, and if such occurs, no refund will be given. Some examples of why we might have to refuse service would be showing up under the influence of drugs or alcohol, neither participant having a valid drivers license, or driving unsafe or irresponsibly.
Note: There are no refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.
We do offer cancellation protection for purchase at the time of your booking.
3-Day Cancellation Protection (Because Life Happens) allows you to reschedule or receive a refund on your activity as long as you cancel at least 3 days prior to your reservation date. No changes or refunds can be made within 3 days of your reservation date.
7-Day Cancellation Protection (Better to Have than to Need) allows you to reschedule or receive a refund on your activity as long as you cancel at least 7 days prior to your reservation date. No changes or refunds can be made within 7 days of your reservation date.
Cancellations can be made either through email or by calling. At the time of your cancellation, you will be given a confirmation code for both your records & ours.
If you are outside of the continental United States, you must send an email for any changes to your reservation.
*When calculating the days prior to your reservation date, the day of your tour or ride is not considered as one of the days. Booking fees and cancellation protection costs are non-refundable.
